What Clients are saying:

“This is what effective training looks like.

When people with very different experience levels can fully engage and genuinely enjoy the learning, that’s a clear sign the training is working. Seeing newer talent pick it up quickly while experienced staff deepen their understanding reinforces why we invest in learning as part of our culture. I highly recommend Kyle Higgins at MAD Precision Labs.”
— Maria Hardy, CEO, Prosecter Aerospace (40 years experience)

About MAD Precision Labs

MAD Precision Labs was founded by Kyle Higgins after more than two decades working in real manufacturing environments, from the shop floor to management and quality leadership roles.

After years of hiring, training, and developing staff, the same problem kept repeating itself: capable people entering manufacturing without clear direction, and shops struggling to train new hires while keeping production moving. MAD Precision Labs was created to close that gap with practical, job-focused manufacturing education built around how shops actually operate.

The goal is simple. Help individuals build skills they can use immediately, and help businesses shorten onboarding, improve consistency, and develop stronger teams without pulling experienced staff away from production
